The group

What PNM Group is, and what it owns.

The structural questions — how the group is held, which companies sit inside it, the sectors it works in, and where those teams actually are.

What is PNM Group?
PNM Group — also known as Pack N Move Group — is a privately held, owner-operated holding company established in Kuwait in 2007. It owns and operates businesses across logistics, real estate, marketing and technology, and renewable energy in Kuwait, Egypt, and the United Kingdom, and has served more than 350,000 clients group-wide. It is not a fund: the group owns the companies it scales and holds them for the long term.
Are Pack N Move and PNM Group the same company?
Pack N Move is the group's first operating company and its logistics flagship in Kuwait — PNM is short for Pack N Move. As the portfolio grew, the holding structure was consolidated around it, which is why the group also carries the name Pack N Move Group. Pack N Move remains the operational spine of the group and has held IATA and WCA memberships since 2013.
Which companies are part of PNM Group?
The group spans eight companies across Kuwait, Egypt, and the United Kingdom. Six are profiled in detail on this site — Pack N Move (logistics, Kuwait), PNM Egypt (moving and relocation, Cairo), PNM Renewable Energy (solar thermal engineering, London), PNM Agency (brand and growth marketing), PNM Solutions (software and platforms, Cairo), and PNM Real Estate (property development, New Cairo) — alongside PNM Express, the group's courier and freight-forwarding company in Kuwait, and Matgarak, its newest venture.
What sectors does PNM Group invest in?
Four sectors: logistics, real estate, marketing and technology, and renewable energy. They move on different cycles — cash-generative logistics sits alongside higher-multiple marketing and technology work, long-duration energy infrastructure, and property development — which stabilises group cash flow. The group enters a new sector only when the unit economics are proven and an operating team is already in place.
Where does PNM Group operate?
The group runs active teams in three markets: Kuwait, Egypt, and the United Kingdom — Kuwait City for the logistics flagship, Cairo and New Cairo for the Egyptian companies, and London for the renewable energy arm. Individual businesses serve wider footprints from those bases: the energy company works on utility-scale projects across Europe and MENA, and the logistics companies handle cross-border relocation and international freight.
Where is PNM Group headquartered?
The group is headquartered in Kuwait City, where Pack N Move — the company the group was founded on in 2007 — still runs the logistics operation that serves as the group's operational base. Subsidiary offices sit in London, Cairo, and New Cairo. Finance, legal, HR, procurement, and IT are consolidated at group level, so one set of controls covers all three countries rather than six duplicated back offices.
Working with us

Getting to the right person.

Who to write to, what happens to an enquiry once it arrives, and how quickly you can expect an answer.

How do I contact a specific PNM company rather than the group?
Go direct — each subsidiary operates from its home market and holds primary responsibility for work in its region, and every company's website is linked from the Our Companies page and the office cards on the Contact page. For anything cross-border — group strategy, joint mandates, or investor conversations — write to the group at info@pnmico.com.
Does PNM Group accept partnership or supplier enquiries?
Yes. Partnership proposals, supplier introductions, and investor enquiries all come through the contact page or info@pnmico.com, where the group team reads them and routes them to the right subsidiary. Every enquiry receives a reply within one business day.
How do I apply for a role at PNM Group?
Careers is one of the enquiry types on the contact form, so applications sent there or to info@pnmico.com reach the group team, who route them to the company that is hiring. Each subsidiary runs its own hiring below director level in its own market — Kuwait, Egypt, or the United Kingdom — while senior hiring sits with the group executive committee. Once inside the group, people can move between Kuwait, Cairo, and London through a defined internal mobility programme.
How do I make a press or media enquiry?
Press and media is one of the enquiry types on the contact form, and info@pnmico.com is the best first point of contact for journalists as well as for clients and partners. Enquiries are read by the group team and answered within one business day. If your question concerns a single company rather than the group, the office cards on the Contact page link straight through to each subsidiary.
