Ecosystem.

A parent company and eight operating businesses — engineered to run independently while compounding capital, talent, and reach at group level. This is how PNM Group actually works.

Kuwait

Pack N Move — the founding logistics business, group headquarters, and operational nucleus. PNM Real Estate — property and facility management, running buildings and the services that keep them working. PNM Express — express courier and last-mile delivery.

Egypt

PNM Egypt — freight forwarding and customs clearance, carrying the Pack N Move standard into Cairo. PNM Agency — brand, digital product, and growth marketing serving the group and external clients. PNM Solutions — the technology company, building the portals, tracking, and software the group runs on.

United Kingdom

PNM Renewable Energy — solar thermal, parabolic systems, and engineering consultancy from London.

Matgarak — the group's e-commerce platform, and the one company in the portfolio that is a storefront rather than a place.

How it works

A holding designed to compound.

Five short notes on how strategy, governance, capital, identity, and talent actually move through the group.

The structure. PNM Group operates as a parent-plus-subsidiaries holding. The parent company sets strategy, allocates capital, and safeguards the brand architecture. Each company — Pack N Move Kuwait, PNM Egypt, PNM Agency, PNM Renewable Energy, PNM Solutions, PNM Real Estate, PNM Express, and Matgarak — runs as an independent operating entity with its own P&L, its own leadership, and its own client-facing identity.

Governance. A small executive committee sits at group level and meets monthly across time zones. Its remit is deliberately narrow: capital allocation, senior hiring, cross-border compliance, and any initiative that materially affects more than one subsidiary. Everything else — pricing, product, hiring below director level, campaigns, day-to-day operations — sits with the operating companies.

Identity. Each venture keeps its own brand on purpose. A moving customer in Kuwait, a solar client in the UK, and a brand-led retailer in Cairo do not need to know they are talking to sister companies. What they benefit from is the underlying discipline: shared standards for finance, procurement, compliance, security, and people practices, applied consistently across the group.

Capital. Cash moves inside the group with intent. Free cash flow from the more mature logistics business helps fund longer-payback investment in renewable energy, while the agency's operating margin funds the digital infrastructure the whole group runs on. Every intra-group service is priced at arm's length so each subsidiary's standalone performance stays legible.

Talent. People are the second currency. Senior operators rotate through strategic projects across the group; graduate hires can move between Kuwait, Cairo, and London through a defined internal mobility programme. The intent is compounding — skills built in one company become reusable capability for the next venture the group takes on.

Cross-company synergies

Where the subsidiaries reinforce each other.

Every company in the group is designed to stand on its own. What follows is where — by structural design — they are worth more together than apart.

01

The Agency serves the group first

PNM Agency is the group's in-house creative and digital function before it is an external agency. Every company website, brand system, campaign, and internal tool is built to the same design and engineering standards — which keeps the group's identity coherent, compresses launch cycles, and cuts external creative spend across all eight companies. Alongside it, PNM Solutions builds the portals, shipment tracking, and customs-clearance systems the logistics companies run on, and the commerce platforms the agency markets — engineered inside the group's own operations before they ever reach a client. Matgarak shows both arms working at once: the group's own e-commerce platform, with PNM Agency behind its brand and its launch, and the group's technology and delivery capability behind everything that happens after the order.

02

One logistics playbook, extended

Pack N Move's owned fleet, bonded storage, and last-mile discipline are being extended in two directions: south into Cairo, where PNM Egypt runs freight forwarding and customs clearance to the same operating standard for the region's largest population market, and north to support PNM Renewable Energy's UK operations — staging for parabolic and thermal assemblies, coordinated inland freight, and controlled handling of long-lead imported components. The same discipline runs the shortest leg of all: PNM Express, the group's courier company, delivering the last mile in Kuwait.

03

Shared corporate services

Finance, legal, HR, procurement, and IT are consolidated at group level. Each subsidiary pays a transparent internal service fee for what it uses. The result is one set of controls, one accounting policy, and one payroll platform across three countries — rather than eight duplicated back offices burning senior time on the same work.

04

Cross-border talent mobility

The group runs a defined mobility programme across Kuwait, Cairo, and London. Engineers, brand strategists, and operations leaders can be seconded between subsidiaries for scoped projects. It compresses hiring cycles, deepens careers, and moves institutional knowledge to where it earns the most.

05

One relationship, eight capabilities

A regional developer, a public-sector tender, or a multinational client rarely needs one service. The group can present a coordinated offer — logistics, freight, brand, digital, software, energy, property, and last-mile delivery — through a single relationship, without forcing any company to lose its independent positioning or margin discipline.
