Our Companies.
PNM Group is built on eight operating companies — each a specialist in its own sector, each accountable for its own outcomes. Together they cover the movement of goods, the generation of clean power, the growth of modern brands, the software that runs underneath, the buildings people work in, and the storefront that sells to them. What follows is a closer look at how each business is set up, what it delivers, and where to find it.

Pack N Move Kuwait.
The company that started it all — and still the operational spine of the group.
Founded in Kuwait City in 2003, Pack N Move is the flagship business of PNM Group and the longest-running entity in the portfolio. What began as a single moving crew has grown into a full-scope logistics operator running transportation, packaging, storage, and shipping lanes across the country — with a dedicated arm servicing real estate, SMEs, and the fast-growing e-commerce sector.
A member of IATA and WCA since 2013, Pack N Move handles cross-border cargo and international relocations on the same operational standards as its domestic work. Retail chains, hospitality groups, oil & gas contractors, and private families all rely on the same fleet, the same warehouses, and the same field teams — coordinated from headquarters at Al Hamra Tower.
Nearly two decades in, the mandate has not changed: move what our clients need moved, on time, with visibility from pickup to delivery.

Importers, exporters, and corporates moving cargo in and out of Egypt — and households relocating within it.
PNM Egypt.
Freight and clearance, run to the Pack N Move standard.
PNM Egypt is the group's freight forwarding and customs clearance arm — Pack N Move Egypt in full. From its Cairo head office in Heliopolis it runs sea and air freight, customs clearance and door delivery, with a bilingual documentation team and in-house — not subcontracted — brokerage. Alongside the freight desk it delivers professional packing, moving, storage, and relocation for the Egyptian market.
The playbook is deliberately familiar: trained field teams, disciplined documentation and handling, secure storage, and end-to-end coordination from booking to delivered door. An importer clearing a container at Alexandria and a company moving an entire office work with the same processes and the same accountability the Pack N Move name has stood for since 2003.
Strategically, it extends the flagship's logistics playbook into the region's largest population market — a proven operating model applied where the demand for professional freight handling is growing fastest.

- Solar thermal and parabolic concentrated power plants
Utility-scale projects and industrial installations across Europe, MENA, and partner markets — coordinated from London.
PNM Renewable Energy.
The engineering arm — building and running clean-power infrastructure that lasts.
Based in London, PNM Renewable Energy is the group's engineering-first business. It designs, delivers, and maintains solar thermal systems and parabolic concentrated power plants — the kind of infrastructure that turns sunlight into usable industrial heat and utility-scale electricity.
The team works across the full lifecycle: engineering consultancy at the feasibility stage, custom system design for utility-scale sites, and long-horizon operations & maintenance once plants are handed over. A dedicated spare-parts supply chain keeps existing installations online, and a growing consulting practice supports developers and industrials evaluating new projects.
The remit is deliberately focused: solar thermal done seriously, with the engineering depth to back it up.

PNM Agency.
A full-funnel growth partner — build, market, sell, ship.
PNM Agency is the group's growth engine — a full-service team that partners with founders and marketing leaders to take products from positioning to pipeline. It runs the creative work, the platforms, and the paid engine in one place, so campaigns and product live under a single strategic direction rather than being handed between vendors.
The scope is intentionally broad. Brand systems and identity sit alongside web & product design, performance and growth marketing, content, and e-commerce build-outs — with fulfilment capability plugged directly into the group's logistics arm when a client needs to ship, not just sell. It is one of the few agencies in the region that can take a brief from category strategy to a boxed order at a customer's door.
Clients tend to arrive with a growth problem, not a deliverables list. The engagement adapts around whichever lever moves the number.

PNM Solutions.
Software that ships.
PNM Solutions is the technology company of PNM Group. It builds the portals, platforms, and systems businesses run on — shipment tracking, customs-clearance workflows, client portals, e-commerce, and custom software.
The software is engineered in Egypt and proven inside the group's own logistics operations before it ever reaches a client. Tracking systems and clearance workflows run the real business first; only what holds up in daily use gets shipped outward.
From Cairo, the team delivers across the Gulf, Egypt, and the United Kingdom — building the internal tools and dashboards the group depends on, and the same-grade platforms for clients who need to move, sell, and clear goods online.

PNM Real Estate.
Buildings, run properly.
PNM Real Estate is the group's property and facility management company, based in Kuwait. It looks after buildings on behalf of the people who own and occupy them: the tenancy and the upkeep, the contractors and the day-to-day operations that decide whether a property holds its standard or quietly loses it.
The approach is the same one that runs the rest of the group: a written standard, an owner who answers for it, and no gap between what was promised and what actually gets done. Property management is unglamorous, recurring work, and it rewards exactly the discipline the group is built on.
In practice, it turns the group's operating discipline into buildings that work.

Kuwait — the last mile of the group's logistics network.
PNM Express.
The fast end of the network.
PNM Express is the group's express courier and last-mile company in Kuwait. Where Pack N Move moves households, offices, and freight, PNM Express moves parcels — the small, high-frequency consignments that have to arrive today rather than this week.
It runs on the group's logistics backbone: the same fleet discipline, the same handling standards, and the same accountability from pickup to doorstep — applied at parcel speed rather than container speed.
Same country, same standard, different clock.

Matgarak.
The group's own storefront.
Matgarak is the group's e-commerce platform: an online storefront rather than a service business, and the place where PNM's brand, technology, and delivery capability meet a customer directly.
It carries its own name on purpose. The rest of the portfolio is named for the group and its function — PNM Egypt, PNM Solutions, PNM Express — because a client buying freight or software benefits from knowing who stands behind it. A consumer marketplace earns more from an identity of its own, so Matgarak was given one. Its brand and its launch were built in-house by PNM Agency.
It is the shortest demonstration of the group's own thesis: brand, technology, and logistics under one roof, pointed at a single customer.

Eight companies. One connected engine.
Each company runs on its own P&L and its own team. What they share is a common operating discipline and a cross-sector playbook that lets capability move between logistics, energy, property, and growth wherever it can compound.
